RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
After I drop off your package at the courier or the post office, I am no longer responsible for it. Although it’s rather rare, there might be scanning, processing or delivery delays caused by the postal services, which are beyond my control. Therefore, if a package arrives late, I will not refund it.
I am willing to replace a package if it gets lost and you never receive it, but you will have to cover the new shipping costs. However, if a package is marked “delivered” on the service’s track and trace page and you haven’t received it, it means a delivery note reached you but you didn’t claim the package on time. In this case I will not refund, nor replace it. If such an unclaimed package returns to me, I will contact you and upon your request I will send it back to you, but you’ll have to cover the shipping cost.
If for any reason you want to cancel your order, you must let me know within 24 hours from your purchase. Otherwise I do not accept cancellations.
If you have received your package and you are not happy with the items, you must let me know as soon as possible. Always keep in mind that all my jewelry is crafted by hand and may slightly vary from the product photos, or have minor imperfections due to its handmade nature. This means that each piece is entirely unique and unlike any other, and there might be small variations on the patterns or colors. On that basis I will not accept cancelations if your issue with the items is related to the above, or if they’re handled roughly in your possession. If you have received damaged items, i.e. earrings with unglued posts (something that rarely happens), let me know and I will happily replace them for you.
Any item due to be returned must be in its original condition. I will be covering the shipping costs only in the event that I made a mistake with your order.
